Summary
Frank H. Fox was the Chief Alumni Officer of The Hague Masters Alumni Association. He was the Manager,Recruitment, Admissions and Alumni Affairs for the MBA and BBA programs at The Hague University. He was appointed MBA Course Manager in September 1989 as a member of the project group to develop English stream international undergraduate and graduate business and management education in The Hague University’s Faculty of Economics & Management (now The Hague University’s Graduate Studies Center). Prior to the appointment, he was the Managing Director of the American-owned Dutch machine manufacturing subsidiary, Schmutz Internationaal-Gefra BV, located in Roosendaal and ‘s-Gravenzande. Before the 1985 appointment to the Dutch based operation, he served stints as the executive assistant to the Governor of Kentucky; Municipal Relations Director of the Chief Executive’s Office of the Jefferson County government; and as an investigative reporter for the state-wide Courier-Journal daily newspaper. In 1972 Fox was awarded the Louisville-Jefferson County (legal) Bar Association’s Investigator of the Year award for the Pulitzer prize winning newspaper. After completing his higher education in Sociology in Florida and Kentucky, Fox served as a Public Affairs officer with the U.S. Marine Corps and it’s Officer Selection Office’s in California, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and the former Republic of South Vietnam.
